I work with the quiet things that hold everything up. My art practice leans into fragility as structure, care as resistance, and the unseen as foundational. My work grows from a place, where the hidden effort to stay present, standing becomes the structure itself. Practices like letting go in order to be , practicing saying no, taking care of myself, slowing down are some of those that have become my quiet forms of resistance.
